Hooversville Heroes Part II

Once again, family and friends of Hooversville area veterans (living or deceased) are invited to honor those who served our country by purchasing a recognition banner. This recognition comes in the form of banners displayed on utility poles throughout our community. A partnership with Hooversville Borough and the 13^th Star VFW Post 7565 organization will help us achieve the best outcome for this project.

Required submission materials:

— Completed Hooversville Heroes Form – (click to open & print)

— A check for $175 made payable to Hooversville VFW Auxiliary (Post 7565). 

— Clean headshot photo of your veteran, no smaller than a 4 x 6 photo

— If mailing your materials…you will also need to send a return/self-addressed, stamped envelope for your picture to be returned to you

— All materials (whether mailed/emailed/dropped off) must be submitted to The Tackle Box

Banner orders/materials must be placed/received by Tuesday, April 1st.

Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
