DESCRIPTION:Once again\, family and friends of Hooversville area veterans (living or deceased) are invited to honor those who served our country by purchasing a recognition banner. This recognition comes in the form of banners displayed on utility poles throughout our community. A partnership with Hooversville Borough and the 13th Star VFW Post 7565 organization will help us achieve the best outcome for this project. \n\n\n\nRequired submission materials: \n\n\n\n— Completed Hooversville Heroes Form – (click to open & print)— A check for $175 made payable to Hooversville VFW Auxiliary (Post 7565). — Clean headshot photo of your veteran\, no smaller than a 4 x 6 photo— If mailing your materials…you will also need to send a return/self-addressed\, stamped envelope for your picture to be returned to you— All materials (whether mailed/emailed/dropped off) must be submitted to The Tackle Box \n\n\n\nBanner orders/materials must be placed/received by Tuesday\, April 1st. \n\n\n\n\n\nPayment is due at the time the order is placed.Checks made payable to Hooversville VFW Auxilliary Post 7565.
